Schezwan Potatoes

Schezwan potatoes is a delicious Indo-Chinese dish that can be served as an appetizer or as a side dish with noodles of your choice or fried rice. It's quick and easy to prepare and lip smacking good.

Indo-chinese cuisine is very dear to me. Its a huge hit in my house and so I prepare it often. I have already shared many recipes belonging to this cuisine. Schezwan Noodles and Vegetable manchurian are few such recipes.

Vegetable Teriyaki Noodles

Vegetable Teriyaki Noodles is a delicious , easy to prepare and mildly spiced noodles. Some time back , I had bought  Knorr's  Teriyaki Noodles. We tried it and loved. I wanted to recreate that and this recipe is a work towards that. I have added a little more heat to suit my taste buds. I have made this recipe so many times now and shared these noodles with friends too . My family and friends all loved it so much.

VEGETABLE MANCHURIAN

In India, Chinese cuisine is very popular. From street food to big restaurants, Chinese food is very famous and loved a lot by everyone. One of the many reasons for the wide popularity is that they can be prepared quickly and has abundant flavors.Indian Chinese food is prepared with the Chinese cooking techniques but with flavors that are suited for the Indian taste buds. It is tangy, sweet and spicy. Moreover, the zing in the food lingers in the mouth even after eating.

Spicy Schezwan Noodles

Indian chinese food is super delicious. I still remember my college days. We used to get good chinese food in the dental canteen but there was a restaurant near our college . Chinese food there was just out of this world. Chinese food is very easy to cook but sure takes some time in the prep work. There is a a lot of cutting and chopping involved. But when the end result is super tasty , its all worth it.

Schezwan noodles is one such recipe. In this recipe i have used the store bought Schezwan sauce / chutney. But soon in my future posts , i will share with you the recipe to make schezwan sauce at home.
